Great to try out
Love these sets too try out the flavors its too small to actually see if they work but at least I know if I like them before buying the full size

Sweet treat
These are great value when you can pick them up on sale. I take the little containers to have in my desk draw when I want a sweet treat (using as directed). My favourite flavours are the Glow and the Boost.

Love these but ...
I love the taste of the Hum vitamins but they are sooooo expensive. I'm not sure after a week I noticed any benefit from the one week samples. I've been using the hair ones for a couple of months and I do think these have made a difference.

Good value for money
This is a good way to test some of the brand before buying the full size products. I love the hair gummies but haven’t been taking them long enough to know if they’ll make a difference. The other gummies are okay but you only get 2 weeks supply in each bottle so it’s hard to tell

Tasty treat
I started off trying the Calm ones which I do feel I get a benefit from when I am stressed. I have been trying the hair ones as have had delicate nails recently and am hoping they might help. Too early to say if they work but they do taste nice
