    Huda Beauty Diamond Balms Reviews

    Lip balm
Absolutely gorgeous, it gives me natural look with a bit of sparkle, good moisturiser.
I was really looking forward to this, I’ve wanted it for a while as the liquid lip balm is really nice. I wish I didn’t buy it, it does nothing but make your lips holographic. You can feel the glitter and it’s really gritty. Don’t bother!
    Don't waste your money
Used twice and broke in half. Essentially a cheap lip balm with some glitter on the outside. Glad I got it in the sale, would have extra mad if I had paid full price.
    Nice balm glittery
Nice balm bit glittery but not a lot and there is barely any colour to the balm either. It does come in a nice case and really nice packaging. I wouldn’t bother buying again though. I prefer my Dior lip oil.
Glorified lip gloss. Vaseline is better value. Don't waste ur money! Poor packaging and poor product!!
    Not effective
The only nice thing about this product is the packaging and the glitter. It dried out my lips so much and the more I reapplied, the drier my lips got and I noticed I had to keep reapplying. Do not recommend
    A let down!
Was really excited to get this but very deflated once it was opened and on my lips! There’s a bit glitter left on your lips on the first use but nothing like the pics and definitely no light-reflecting shimmer going forward. I’ll go back to my 80p Avon vanilla lip balm that has more colour to it.
    Don't bother
I threw it out, what a waste of money!
    Don’t waste your money!
So disappointed with this. As always with Huda, the packaging is better than the product. Yes it looks gorgeous but there is no pigment to it whatsoever so basically all you get is a clear balm. The glitter is just on the outer coating of the bullet for decoration so you don’t get any shimmer on the lips either. The balm itself is ok but needs reapplying often and as the bullet is so tiny, it won’t last long. Not even close to being worth £22.
    Not worth the money
Nothing special, really over priced for its quality. Only giving two stars because of the packaging
    Love it!!
I love it! Very hydrating and gives a subtle glow.. and the aesthetics
So lovely packaging, looks and smells amazing...but it’s nothing special to a balm you can find on the high street. To say it’s a premium brand I’d expect more.
    Con con con
I must say Huda is absolutely brilliant at making the crappy products sound so good! Total waste of 22 quid! This is the last time I will ever buy any of her products! Drug store lip balms are so much better!
    Nothing special
It's an over priced lip balm. Nothing special.
Surprisly it smells like coconut, you can live with it even if you don't like this fragrance like me. Beautiful packaging and case so looks like a fairy gift! Actually, the moisturizing properties are average and the glitter is almost invisible (it's only on the surface of lipstick). Very expensive :) P.S - I regretted buying a bit while I wrote this review
    Cute but meh...
Promos for this were beautiful so I wanted to treat myself, was left disappointed - especially for the price! Looks nothing like the pictures when applied. I bought seductress and it looks to have a pink tint with a subtle shimmer but it’s the complete opposite! No pink tint, mostly transparent with too much glitter. It just looks stupid as it’s a completely transparent balm with intense glitter all over your lips - did not look good. Cute to have as an accessory/part of your makeup collection but not practical for everyday.
I got for myself ‘Negligee’. I love this lip balm. It moistures my lips, gives me nice glitter on .
    Waste of money.
So small! Wont give many applications complete waste of money.
    No colour
Really saddened by this purchase. I bought 'Seductress' after looking at the bright pink swatch. It is completely transparent when i tried it out for myself. No colour whatsoever. The glitter looks lovely in the tube but is barely noticeable on your lips. There is barely any shine. It is also smaller than other lipstick brands, it looks like a mini. I adore the Huda liquid lipstick range and had such high hopes for this. This product looks gorgeous in the marketing campaign but honestly it is a total waste of money. I wish I had to waited and read reviews before I purchased.
    Seductress sparkly lip balm
The product doesn’t really smell of anything - I thought it would smell sweet - the packing is very glam. However when you open the lipstick to see the length, for £22 it’s about 2cm long. The glitter is very pretty and I will use it, but I much prefer my cocoa butter Vaseline and at a fraction of the price. Nice product, not worth £22
    Smooth and moisturizing
A nice balm very smooth on lips and a bit glittery, I chose the seductress color. The package is nice but I also smell a plastic on the package not on the product. I would prefer a smell in it because it is unscented , Generally it is a good balm but I would not purchased it without the discount.
    Looks pretty on the outside
I really wanted to like this. Lip balm wise, it’s ok. Nothing special and the colour is very sheer... Even on my pale skin. The glitter is only on the outside of the stick, not all the way through. Sadly my money was spent more on the packaging and aesthetics.
    The best balm EVER
This balm is so beautiful!!! I love this product and I use it every day!!
    Confusing, and inaccurately advertised
Huda Beauty has continuously started to let me down. Some of the palettes are hit and miss, either not pigmented enough or the fallout is excessive. However, some products are amazing. The campaign for this looked INCREDIBLE- I love subtle glitter and shimmer, so this fit the bill. Sadly, I don’t even know what happened but it’s merely just for aesthetic. The balm itself isn’t nourishing, the glitter is minimal and it just doesn’t do anything with the wow factor. I was disappointed, used it once. Definitely not what it claimed to be sadly
    Just what I wanted
I loved this product, I always forget to put lipstick or lipgloss on but I have always lip balm with me. This product is a lip balm with little shine and I love it. It's the product I use for no makeup look.
    Negligee huda beauty diamond balm
Amazing !! It’s so soft on the lips and it adds a subtle shine to your lips! I love the coated sparkle around the lip balm it looks so eye catching! The balm smells really good almost like coconut but the only thing that put me off is the packaging it smells awful it’s the smell that’s sat on the plastic it’s horrible ! Apart from that 5/5!
    Definitely not worth the money
Very disappointed with this product, was so looking forward to trying it. Hardly any colour and could have got the same hydration as Carmex ! Wouldn't purchase again or recommend.
    Not impressed
Usually everything from Huda is great. This is disappointing. You could get same from any lip balm. Packaging great. That's it. Shocking no colour, not even a sparkle.
    Smells awful
A horrible smell hit me when I opened the lid! Then after a couple of uses no scent at all, I prefer lip balm to have a nice scent. After the initial spray of glitter, there is no color and next to no shimmer and doesn't feel very nice on the lips. The quality does not match the price, total waste of money!
This looks like a mini travel size so I was quite disappointed when taking into consideration the not mini price. The website is misleading because it says the product is 3g (as a comparison the same size as a standard MAC lipstick) but it's actually only 2.8g so description is incorrect. Also, it has a faint chemical smell. It makes me wonder if there is something wrong with mine because other reviews say theirs smells of coconut etc.
Not sure why this has a lot of bad reviews as this lip balm is AMAZING! It feels like butter on your lips and gives a subtle glow/sparkle on the lips that actually lasts. The packaging is also to die for I’d give this 10/10 if I could!
    3/5 for the packaging
Great packaging with the glitter and how sweet it looks, rather than that it’s overpriced for lip balm. I didn’t like its color, it leave me lips look dull I must use lipstick or lip pen with it.
Exactly what it's supposed to be
These lipsticks aren't super pigmented but I really don't think they're supposed to be. It's a more luxury lip balm with a glittering shimmer in it. I pair it with a nude lip liner for a easy lip.
For the price I was expecting so much more!there is no colour from the lip balm and it come off after few minutes. The glitter is very child like on the lips
    Disappointing & misleading
Firstly, it is so aesthetically pleasing too look at and the packaging is very nice however, i'm someone who cares more about the quality of the product than a cute container it comes in. For £22 a piece, I expected a very high quality balm that softens and moisturises while giving my lips a more plumped appearance and glow with the shimmer. However, I much prefer my tin of vaseline which is a fraction of the price. There is absolutely no colour in these balms so it dose not matter which one you purchase (I had bought negligee & Dirty thoughts) the balm is very thin, not too thick yet not to greasy which I initially liked however, it dose not last long on my lips at all and dries/ absorbs pretty fast, so I have to keep re-applying it and getting through it quite quickly. I do like the shimmer effect upon initial application however, I noticed that the glitter is only an overlay, the balm itself looks clear and is just coated in sparkles on the outside which is quite misleading, I was hoping the shimmer would be infused into the formula. There is also fall out; it doesn't stay on the lips and I find the glitter particles on my chin and the area outside my lip line which is messy and isn't very practical at all. Overall, it is a okay balm but is definitely NOT worth the double digit price point at all which is a shame as i'm a big fan of other Huda Beauty products but this one is a miss.
    Fell flat
There I was, wee little smirk on my face, thinking I was about to have the galaxies smeared across my lips, glistening like some sort of Goddess made of stardust. The packaging and appearance are beautiful, like you could cast a spell with this thing. But that’s where it ends really. It’s basically transparent, it’s not a great lip balm and doesn’t have a great deal of payoff. Would never repurchase. Especially for £22 a pop.
It’s an ok lip balm, no colour though
Great to look at, moisturises for about 45 minutes and then you're done. It has a slight sparkle - don’t be fooled by all the sparkles around it, that’s just on the outside. Inside is none. So the first application you get loads of sparkles... and that’s it. Has a slight fragrance, but it’s subtle and nice. There’s no colour, so there’s no need to buy multiple ones to get different colours. I like having it, packaging is wonderful. But if I took away the packaging, and subtle yummy scent, then it’s just a little better than any bog standard lip balm. Stick to Dr Lipp Nipple Balm or Lanolips.
    Better than I thought...
I bought this as an alternative to try to the Nars Afterglow Balm. Initially I was disappointed because this definitely isn’t that, however it feels very nourishing to apply, has pretty good staying power and gives a very subtle shimmer! It does have a weird smell, a bit of a mix between cocoa butter and perming solution, but overall I’m fairly happy with it!
    So beautifullll
I love love love this lip balm first of all it’s GORGEOUS and sheer, it’s so soft when applied and keeps my lips hydrated I definitely recommend this!!!
