Sure you can use a normal bath towel with your sauna blanket but this particular product compliments the sauna blanket perfectly. I own two and use alternatively when one is in the laundry.

I am on the fence with it
Quality is great, size is perfect  - well made, so would be 5 stars absorbs sweat very well. But I struggle to get out of the sauna blanket v 3 when I am using it. if I had more space than it would be great, I would just slip out of the top of the blanket.Â
