Healing cream
For years, I had jumped down off our patio onto the grass - about 18" deep - landing on my right foot. One day, I jumped one too many times and my knee let me know it was the Wrong Thing to Do. So I tried this cream, rubbing it in each night before sleeping. It smells just like an old-fashioned pharmacy and I'm sure I could rub it on my chest if my nose was blocked. Its list of natural ingredients ticks all the substances I would want. I used it for about three weeks - and my knee is now absolutely fine - in fact, I had forgotten that it used to hurt when I walked. I now go down the steps to get on to the grass!
