    • Why it's Cult

An immediate Cult classic, Dizziak’s Deep Conditioner was created by Loretta De Feo, who was frustrated by the lack of truly rich, deep conditioners on the market. An ingenious new counterpart, this Hydration Wash is a rich, smoothing and soothing deep cleansing hair wash, packed with naturally derived ingredients (including babassu oil and quinoa) to clean scalp and strands while infusing them with lasting hydration and balancing pH levels. As well as delivering results, it looks über-chic in its monochrome packaging, created in collaboration with artist Ted Draws. As if that wasn't good enough, the formula is also vegan!

    Dizziak - Hydration Wash

    Dizziak Hydration Wash Reviews

    Super shampoo!
I have extremely thick, coarse, wavy hair (like straw) and find that most shampoos make my hair dry and unmanageable, but shampoos specifically for thick hair leave a weird residue which makes my scalp itchy. The Dizziak shampoo makes my hair and scalp feel SO CLEAN and not irritated at all. I didn't think I would ever get so excited about a shampoo! Also, the scent is amazing. I hate sickly-sweet 'dessert' smelling hair products, but this shampoo smells really subtle and fresh. I follow up with the deep conditioner which has the same fresh smell. Love it!
The shampoo I've been waiting for
Bought this with the Dizziak conditioner. I am incredibly impressed with both even though I already use some very good hair products. I was yet to find a moisturising shampoo that doesn't weigh down my hair. This leaves my hair looking and feeling really clean and smooth. My roots look very clean after using this and the shampoo gives a lifting effect. I'm so glad I bought this. Will definitely be buying it again. Thank you Dizziak.
the most common shampoo. mint flavor. not written about it
Perhaps this shampoo did wonders for someone but not for me. I did not see any super effects. I use it together with the conditioner of the same brand. The most unpleasant surprise is the scent of mint. I don't really like him but not a word about this in the description. Feeling like washing your hair with mint candy
    Not for me
I don't usually do these reviews but I've just finished this shampoo and conditioner, took around a month to use. The first couple of washes, I thought I liked it but then came the itching. After about an hour after washing my hair, my scalp felt irritated, and then my hair looked greasy the next day. I didn't want it to go to waste so I persevered and finished it, it's very expensive and I don't usually splash out on this kind of thing but all the other reviews said how good it was. I don't know what it is, maybe it's the scent or just the formula but I'm so glad I don't have to use this anymore and I definitely won't be buying again. Sorry!
    No need for keratin
I was debating doing a $300 keratin treatment, but instead I bought these based off of the reviews and I am so so happy. My normally frizzy and overly bleached hair is SMOOTH and smells good. 99% less frizz and that's coming from someone who lives in the Middle East. You need to get this wash (and the conditioner too!)
    Amazing!
I have been using this shampoo (along with the conditioner) for a few weeks now and wow! My hair has never felt softer or smoother and it brushes out so easily! The smell is also gorgeous.. ginger I think?!
    Magic!!!
This is the beat shampoo that I’ve ever used. Cleared my dandruff and made my hair shiny, healthy and silky! I highly recommend it.
    Really good
Dizziak products are FANTASTIC. I have very fine, curly long hair, and this paired with the conditioner give me glorious results. I wouldn't use it more than once a week, as the conditioner is so moisturising it would weigh my fine hair down. So it's my once a week treatment.
    Not for me...
Tried this along with the conditioner and I was really underwhelmed with both. The ‘Hydration Wash’ left my hair dry and really tangled. The ‘Deep Conditioner’ was okay, definitely nothing special. I wouldn’t repurchase either again unfortunately.
Used on High Porosity Afro Caribbean Hair.
PROS: Smells just like the conditioner, lovely! A little goes a long way and it lathers so well. I use a lot of products in my hair but this washes them out in one go! I was so happy with how hydrated and soft my hair felt straight after washing it out. CONS: No cons, but would love some tingly peppermint oil in it. WOULD I BUY AGAIN? Yes Yes Yes.
    Dizziak Hydration Wash
I am a firm believer in starting with clean hair and scalp. This is a must in order to maximise what the product was formulated to do, plus it is vital in promoting healthy growing hair. I love the Hydration Wash because the shampoo really cleans the hair and scalp well. It rinses clean with a squeaky feel while not leaving the hair feeling stripped. The Hydration Wash has now become a staple and I will be using it on both of my daughters' hair too. Both are biracial and have two different textures, but I trust the brand enough to do its work successfully.
    Dizziak Hydration Wash
I'm a fan of the conditioner so was looking forward to trying this. It has the same universal, fresh & peppery scent as the conditioner, which I love. I have fine, dry, highly porous Afro-Caribbean textured hair, so I co-wash mostly and try to keep my use of shampoo to a minimum so as not to strip away all the moisture locking oils. Normally I only shampoo when I detangle my hair once every two weeks or so. The Dizziak Hydration Wash lathers well but it's a really creamy, rich lather, not light & soapy, so cleanses the hair and scalp without stripping it. Definitely more hydrating than the average shampoo. Dizziak and Reverie Hair and the only brands I use at the minute. Really awesome haircare.
