Warm a small amount of the Anchor balm in your hands, place over your nose and breathe deeply for a minimum of 3 breaths. Anoint inside your wrists and décolleté to allow the balm to work and release any tension which you are holding.

yay to deeper sleep!
I don't have issues falling asleep, but in general wake multiple times during the night, be it due to cat disturbances, husband's snoring (!) or just in general being a light sleeper. The first time I used this, I definitely felt like i had much deeper and restful sleep. I've since used this for 3 more times now, and it's the same deeper sleep each time.

Little miracle jar!
This must be my favourite product from De Mamiel. I am a very big fan of the brand but this product has really exceeded all my already high expectations. I decided to give this a go as I have been having trouble sleeping, during these difficult times, I find my mind always running with thoughts and find it hard to switch off before bed. I have recently changed my bedtime routine and when I get into bed I warm up a tiny amount of this balm in my hands. The take 3 deep breaths and massage the balm on my wrists and chest. This is a mini spa experience. The scent is very luxurious and super relaxing. I usually fall asleep within a couple of minutes and wake up feeling very well-rested.

Doesn't work for me
It's nice, but doesn't do anything for me. I have trouble sleeping, and I was hoping this balm would help. But unfortunately, it didn't.

A new hero in my life
I’ve recently been struggling to fall asleep, when I have finally drifted off to the land of nod, I awake in the middle of the night with a million thoughts racing through my mind. This sumptuous balm has quickly become one of my hero products! I've been warming a pea-sized amount of this balm in between my fingers and applying it to my chest every evening before getting into bed, deeply breathing in the essential oils and I’ve been sleeping through the night since! On the occasions that I do wake up, I just reapply Anchor and within a few minutes, I’m back to my sweet slumber.

The balm smells divine and it calms me down immediately after taking a deep breath with the balm on my hand...love it!
