It really works....
I’ve been suffering with long-standing melasma for years. It’s really bad and I just accepted that every summer it would get worse despite wearing SPF50 every day. I’d given up expecting anything topical would make any difference at all. I’ve spent so much on brightening products over the years, using the most expensive brands going. Nothing made any difference in improving my dark patches. After reading other reviews I decided to give this product a try. After using it every night for a few months I have to say it’s amazing and it works. My melasma has faded so so much. It’s better than it’s been in years. I’m hooked and will continue to use this product over the winter to see if it can get rid of it all together. The texture of this cream is gritty and the first few nights it was so itchy. I persisted and now it doesn’t itch at all. I’ve also had no problems with the packaging as I know that was one complaint. I can’t recommend this product enough for fading dark spots.

Ouch!
I really wanted to love this product but it stung my face very badly and I got tiny red bumps all over. My skin is not normally sensitive (tolerates retinol etc. fine) but it did NOT like this. I have tried a couple of times with the same result. A very expensive mistake!

Bad packiging !
After using twice the pump didn´t work anymore. Getting the product out is difficult and I´m not sure how it effects the quality of the product. It is very stingy on my face and after using it now for 4 weeks I see absolutely no difference. I won't buy this again or recommend this to anyone.

Disappointed
Pump on bottle doesn’t work well so had to try to get the product out on another way. On top of that I saw no results on my pigmentations.

Amazing results
I bought this on Trinny Woodall's recommendation and I’m so pleased I did. My pigmentation is the only thing that really bothers me, it’s the first thing I see with or without makeup, I’ve had peels, micro needling, microdermabrasion, all temporary fixes. But wow I’m so delighted with this product. I’ve only used it for a week and the pigmentation has faded, in some areas gone pink instead of dark brown so I’m assuming will continue to fade. I’m over the moon something works I thought I was was going to have to have laser but at £1400 plus a time I was obviously reluctant! If you have pigmentation buy this product!!

I have unwanted pigmentation above my top lip. I have used this product for a month now And have already seen a significant improvement.

Super
I use it once or twice a week as this is a super powerful serum and you can feel it works on the skin. There is a little bit of tingling as the serum penetrates and you can see really bright and luminous skin after application. It has a gritty texture and it's intended to be used at night only. For sure it breaks the bank but if you have particular concerns on hyperpigmentation this product is worth it.

Really effective
I have really stubborn hyperpigmentation and this product is really effective. It’s very expensive so I save this for when my pigmentation is getting worse and use it until it settles before returning to a cheaper vitamin C serum for maintenance. If you have long-standing pigmentation you won’t see results overnight. What I notice the most is when it’s getting worse over the summer and it quickly restores recent pigmentation. My only criticism of the product is that it is too thick for the pump which gets blocked so I often have to abandon the pump and unscrew the lid to get product out which compromises the stability of the vitamin C. I’m sure I have heard Caroline Hirons talking about this too so they definitely need to rethink the delivery system of this product.

Brightening
CULT PRODUCT! I love this vitamin C serum because it’s not irritating. The texture is a bit sandy, like a light scrub however, it’s used at nighttime so shouldn’t be a problem for makeup application! Great product and results. I like writing a review about products that I’ll keep ordering or I’ll never order! This one I’ll keep ordering.

DCL C Scape
It’s a rich and powerful product. I’m in my 50s so I wondered if it might be too late to make a difference but it does deliver. No miracles but definitely an improvement in the elasticity of the skin on my neck. Will be a staple in my daily routine.
