Founded in Parma in 1983 by the Bolatti family, Davines Group started out as a research laboratory – formulating high-end hair care for cosmetic companies worldwide. A leave-in detangling spray that maintains moisture levels while limiting frizz, Davines’ DEDE Hair Mist remineralises fine, delicate lengths without weighing them down so your hair feels incredibly soft with a beautiful bounce.
Boasting mineral-rich red celery extract (it’s packed with fortifying sodium, potassium and calcium), this featherlight formula is great for brittle strands – making it easy to comb through the ‘tats’ without breakage. Sourced from a farm in Orbassano (a town in the Torino region), the red celery used within Davines’ DEDE range – part of their ‘Essential Haircare’ edit – is one of a handful of crops that are lovingly reared by Italian growers; showcasing the brand’s commitment to sustainability, as well as to supporting local industry. On a mission to preserve the planet’s vital biodiversity, each hair care ‘family’ (DEDE, NOUNOU and so on), represents an extract under threat, so by choosing to use this incredibly gentle (and very good-looking!) mist, you’re supporting the globe and its varied inhabitants – from plants to people!
Apply to towel dried hair after using {DEDE Shampoo} and {Conditioner}. Do not rinse off.

Not great.
My hair are very tangly and I’ve been using detangling products for the past 10 years at leat. This is the worst one I’ve had yet. Not only is has 0 detangling effect but it also leaves your hair dry and frizzy. On top of that the packaging is really bad and it keeps leaking.Â

Nice product
Love the smell. at first I was applying this product sparingly, however, recently I have started loading it on my hair and doing so has made it soooo soft. Good size of bottle that has lasted me some time. However, be aware of damage during delivery, as when spray this bottle leaks everywhereÂ

Smells nice, that's all
The claim that this detangles, for me, is pretty fraudulent. It didn't and doesn't. I spray it all over and my 3b curly hair is as tatty as it was without it. I was looking for a substitute for Super Milk by Lush (which is amazing) because I order more often from Cult Beauty, but this did nothing. I don't think it conditioned either, but I see another reviewer felt it did. My hair feels drier than it has in a while after using a bottle of this and just as frizzy. It also came with a broken pump, so I ended up going through it more quickly than I would have, but I'm glad because it was pointless. The only thing I can say for it is it does smell great. I wouldn't order any more DEDE products after this disappointment. When brands make such bold claims and don't live up to them, you can no longer trust them.

Perfect ‘mist’
Excellent product if you are looking for a ‘mist’. Does not weigh the hair down, yet conditions beautifully. Perfect base before drying and can be used with other styling products well. Smells delicate and botanical too. A great product and formula which I have also used on dry hair for conditioning ‘touch ups’.
