Carefully crafted from vegan ingredients that are cherry-picked for aromatic payoff and quality, each scent is shaped in New York City, but their stories span the world over. Combining blackcurrant, cacao and myrrh with tuberose absolute, paradisone and iris concrete, this scent-sation dances upon a base of Madagascan vanilla absolute, civet and tolu balsom. Scentless with a terrible burn
I am so disappointed in this candle. I am a frequent buyer of high end candles and have purchased everything from Jo Malone to Jo Loves, Acqua Di Parma to Byredo and Diptyque, and I must say DS&DURGA are the absolute worst. The graphic design on the box and the jar itself is beautiful, as is the peachy colour of the cylindrical, quite narrow candle - it’s very attractive - but it is burning all the way through the middle and leaving 50% of the wax to waste, and the scent is non existent, neither when lit or unlit. It basically smells of… nothing. My best friend and I actually both accidentally bought each other this candle for Christmas (I know!!!) and currently have them both burning together in the house - and it still doesn’t smell! Avoid this candle and go for another brand entirely.

Wonderful, slightly rich and heady scent
Huge DS&Durga fan, my favourite is Rama Won't You Please Come Home but this might sneak into second place now ahead of the Breakfast candles. Lovely throw to it.

This one was a risk...
...and I'm so glad I rolled the dice on this one! Warm, luxurious, interesting with hints of floral and cacao. I had this in the guest room but loved it so much that it's been given the prime spot - my living room. It's so hard to find a great winter scent that doesn't involve smoke or cloying, overly sweet vanilla and now I've found one! Tuberose Myrrhder has officially made the rotation. DS&Durga win again.

This one was a risk...
...and I'm so glad I rolled the dice on this one! I used this in our guest bedroom but loved it so much that it's been relocated to my living room. It's warm, luxurious, interesting with hints of floral and chocolate - but definitely not sweet or cloying. I've already purchased two more as it's a great winter scent that doesn't involve smoke. DS&Durga win again.
