Lovely soft colour
5I love how soft this shimmering brown colour is, I have fair skin so some brown eyeliners look a little too harsh. Looks great both as eyeliner and in waterline.Â

5This liner in classic brown is so easy to use and the colour so nice. You can smudge it out for a more diffused look, really good.

5I always prefer brown eyeliner than black, and this one is so unique! I love the shimmer in this product, really helps to define my eyes and I use it nearly everyday now!

Not the best
2I love a good eye liner and thought Charlotte would have one of the best. This goes on smoothly and is quite soft, u fortunately it smudges really badly on me. I end up looking like Ozzy Ozbourne! To add insult to injury, when I went to sharpen it, the whole centre came out of the casing and I couldn’t get is back in. So it went in the bin :-(

My daily lower lash pencil
3After looking for a pencil to use on my lower lash and waterline, I chose this on the advice of one of the Cult Beauty personal shoppers. This has a lot going for it, the colour is the perfect deep brown, the pencil can be sharpened easily to a precise point, and it doesn't smudge too badly, although it does more than others. However, it is definitely not the most comfortable pencil to use. I'm quite practiced at lining the waterline so I don't flinch at a pencil touching my eyes, but the drag on this makes it difficult to sweep in one go, and it can feel scratchy. I've recently switched to using kohl/kajal liners instead, which I've found are far, far more comfortable to use than this. I wish I could give this 3.5 stars, as honestly it is better than average and remains one which I use almost daily unless I'm using a different coloured pencil, but there are better ones out there.

5Great eyeliner! So creamy and easy to use. It doesn't "scratch" my eyes if that makes sense, since it's so creamy. Does not smudge and lasted quite a long time on me. I will definitely repurchase this once I run out.
