This Rock 'n Kohl eyeliner is the ultimate way to define your most important features - effortlessly lining upper and lower lashes, to achieve arresting, smoky-eyed smoulder (that won't smudge or transfer) for long-lasting 'wow factor'.
The pigment-rich pencil is second-to-none and the addition of crushed pearl powder provides a subtle lustre (and is kind to delicate skin). Available in nine shades, ranging from 'Smokey Grey' - formerly known as 'Veruschka Mink' - classic 'Bedroom Black', 'Velvet Violet' - formerly known as 'Elizabeth Violet' - (a dazzling, glimmering purple) and the creamy, pale pink of 'Eye Cheat'. 1. Start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, as close to the lash line as you can.
2. Continue to draw a thin line outwards until you get two thirds towards the outer corner.
3. Lift and cheat your eye shape by lifting and extending the line upwards and outwards, to create the illusion of an almond-shaped eye.
4. When you get to the outer corner, make sure you look into the mirror to correct and perfect any mistakes.
5. Work quickly as this brilliant formula will set after 30 seconds and stay in place until its time to take it off!

Creamy, lovely dark brown colour. Easy to smudge and also good for eye liner. I have been looking for a good brown eyeliner for a while and I’m glad I picked this.

Soft and pigmented!
I love these eye pencils from CT, buttery soft texture and highly pigmented. Barbarella brown is a fave, it creates a very natural look. I can recommended for sensitive eyes and contact wearers.

liner
I preferred this over the traditional black shade which is too harsh looking for me... this suits dark eyes well without overpowering. Very sexy and much more classy looking in my opinion.. love this liner :)

Good but Not for oily eyelids
If applied correctly, it’s a lovely eye pencil. It’s soft just enough for comfortable application. I found that applying setting powder on my eyelids really helps. Otherwise it just melts away after some time on my oily eyelids. (I do use a rich eye cream, so that’s an extra reason)

Unable to sharpen pencil
The liner is ok, but doesn’t particularly last. I tried to sharpen it with a designated sharpener with no luck. Any ideas out there?

Ok
I expected more from Charlotte's eye pencil .. it's fine but it doesn't spread that easily, doesn't sharpen that well, the color is nice. Real dark brown, but the pencil is relatively dry, not that bad... but not great either

kinda liking
Something new that i am trying out so wont be able to review it - but have heard and seen a lot of good reviews. so im pretty excited and hopeful that its a good product!
