Poor quality bottle
Badly designed bottle that, despite looking beautiful, it’s faulty and makes the pump leak perfume. Wasteful. The scent is really nice though not a huge staying power. For the price I’d expect more.

Nice smell but doesn’t last
As a huge fan of the candle I wasn’t surprised that the smell is nice, quite masculine at first but then mellows out to a lovely smell. The scent doesn’t last long enough for the price though sadly. I do really like the perfume but probably wouldn’t repurchase for that price.

Why the big lid?
I wish I had read the previous review before I bought this. I’m in love with Le Labo hinoki body cream but they don’t do that smell in a perfume, so after some research this came up as being the closest match. Like the previous reviewer said the lid is awful and heavy, doesn’t go on properly is so hard to take off so forget slinging it in a handbag for a top up- which you will need as the smell doesn’t long at all. As for the smell it does resemble Le Labo hinoki but if I could return this I would. Very disappointed for the price

Bottle is problematic, smell does not last long
Was very excited about this product as I love the smell of the candle and was desperate to try it in perfume form. But honestly really disappointed with the quality, the smell does not last long at all, a few hours into wear and my boyfriend said he couldn’t smell it on me at all - I agree. The bottle is beautiful but badly designed, the top is SO ridiculously big and heavy that it’s broken the spray pump and now leaks consistently all over my hands when using the perfume. For the price I’d say don’t waste your money, smells great for an hour tops and then, nothing. It leaks everywhere when I use it. 2 stars is generous.
