This works and does what it promises. If you have sensitive skin I’d say leave on for about 1/3 of the recommended time, as it is potent! I ended up red as a tomato when I left it for half the suggested time. It was just for a few minutes but these were uncomfortable.

I love this exfoliator - I have really sensitive skin and have to be so careful with what I use, I'm surprised to have found a product I can tolerate and use weekly.  Absolute must have for smooth, glowy skin

This makes my skin feel smooth in as little as 3 minutes. I use it as a treat when my skin is feeling extra dry and then follow it up with a nice serum and moisturiser. Definitely build up the time if you have sensitive skin but it makes my skin the softest it’s ever been, love it! Originally got it as a sample in a beauty box but then had to buy the full size, won’t be without it now!
