Hailing from the vibrant streets of San Francisco, Benefit believes that that laughter is the best cosmetic. Brainchild of models-turned-make-up-artists Jean and Jane Ford, the brand creates beauty that's uplifting and makes you feel good with every look. Joining its esteemed collection of eyebrow-enhancers, the High Brow Duo Highlighting and Lifting Eyebrow Pencil (2.8g) creates the illusion of lifted arches.
Benefit's High Brow Duo Highlighting and Lifting Eyebrow Pencil (2.8g) is dual ended to give you the choice of a matte and shimmer shade.
This chunky pencil is designed for use on the brow bone as the final, illuminating touch to your eyebrow routine (plus, its shade range includes something for all skin tones). Blendable, creamy and oh-so-smooth to swipe, it melts onto the skin for a subtle, but impactful, brightening effect. Start with the matte hue for an everyday highlight and, for a little more drama, layer the shimmer shade over the top to make your arches really pop. Prepare to raise eyebrows...
