It's okay
4I feel good after I use it, but I sometimes struggle to get past the initial feeling when I lay on it. It's a good product, just not sure if it's right for me.

Well received gift
5I bought this for my dad for Christmas and was torn as to whether it was a good idea or not. He suffers from a lot of shoulder and back pain. Turns out it was a great idea, he absolutely loves it and is definitely helping with pain. He shows everyone who visits and offers them a go (even though the only colour I could get at the time was pink!). He has now requested the pillow for his birthday

Helped me relax
5I've only used this a few times, but I'm really enjoying it already. I don't sleep well and so go through waves of anxiety, which has been particularly bad recently. I find this makes me slow down and definitely provides some relief. You need to build up to using it, but if you're a bad sleeper/anxious, this is definitely worth a go

Great for migraines
5I suffer from migraines and theirs is wonderful to use while waiting for my medication to work. It does something to confuse my nerves or pain receptors… Basically it somehow spreads the pain and makes it less concentrated in the back of my head. A must have for me.Â

It works
5I sufferer from a bad back due to fall and also have primary lymphoedema which causes me pain and discomfort on daily basis. I was sceptical about trying this mat but I'd try more or less anything to ease my discomfort and I'm glad I did. It's a strange sensation at first but I started slow and wore a t-shirt my first few times and built up my time lying on the mat gradually. Now I lie on it with bare skin and can easily do 20/30 mins. You will feel slightly uncomfortable to start but for me this turns to a warming sensation and then relief from the discomfort from my back/legs and I feel more relaxed. It's not a miracle worker but it definitely helped ease my discomfort and helps me sleep abit better too.

5Started skeptical, my boss swear by this mat. I gave it a try starting with 5 mins a night gradually building myself up. Great for relieving tension and is relaxing, purchased the neck pillow also.
