Designed with a flexible, easy-to-use vegan brush, bareMinerals’ Maximist Liquid Eyeliner glides on effortlessly without skipping or tugging. The clever inkwell delivery system ensures that the liner deposits the perfect amount of product each time and ensures the formula stays fresh.
True to their no-nonsense approach to formulations, this cruelty-free, vegan eyeliner is free from parabens, gluten, talc, synthetic fragrance, PEGs and SLS. What it does feature is mineral pigments that provide intense black definition and a conditioning ‘Microalgae Complex’ that helps to promote visibly thicker lashes over time.
For a defined line: use the side of your brush and glide in short strokes along the upper lash line — starting above your iris, working outward, and stopping where your natural lashes end. Use the remaining product on your brush to complete the line, gliding from the inner corner towards the center of your eye to create a smooth, saturated line.
For a cat eye look: use the side of your brush and glide in short strokes along the upper lash line — starting above your iris, working outward, and stopping where your natural lashes end. Glide the brush from your inner corner, moving towards the center of your eye to create a solid line. Flip your brush, and extend the line slightly past the outer eye corner. Follow the angle of your lower lash line to ensure your wing is properly positioned and symmetrical on both sides.
For a more dramatic look: apply liner just below your lower lash line, working from the outer corner inward. Please note: you can use either liquid or pencil liner on the lower lash line.
