gorgeous and good
this is truly a beautiful piece. besides design, it is also very useful. I suffer from back pain and I have recently started working out so I get sore muscles quite easily. This foam roller helps me warm up my muscles and relieve tension and sore muscles. its amazing!

This is a cute pink foam roller, it adds a pop of colour to my workout routine, but it also provides excellent functionality. The foam roller is just the right firmness, allowing me to effectively target my muscles and release tension. Love this foam roller!
I have so many Bala products now and this is one of my favourites. I’ve used cheaper rollers before but this one is worth the extra pennies. The shape is great and I love the indentation down the middle - it feels lovely on the back rather than putting any pressure on the spine.Â
