Derived from the brand's thermal spring water extract, Avène's post-biotic ingredient I-modulia lends an anti-itching effect, working in harmony with lipids to help protect against dryness and nourish the skin barrier. This formula moisturises with an immediate anti-scratch action, reducing extreme peaks of dryness. We love that it's multifunctional too, so you can apply it to itchy or irritated patches on the face, body and eyelids. Soothing for my eczema
This product does help calm my eczema down on my legs. Doesn't smell that nice due to the product being fragrance-free. I would not replace the usual body lotion/moisturiser. For me it's an add-on product to put on specific areas - so far so good.
