VERDEN’s nourishing and hydrating balm is without a doubt our new favourite way to complete our daily self care ritual and spend a little time reconnecting with our bodies. Every 100% post-consumer recycled bottle is brimming with chia seed oil, shea butter and oat extract to intensely moisturise parched limbs in need of some TLC. The emotional soul might reach for the intense blend of ‘Arborealist’ — a blend of smoky greens and moody woods with top notes of sandalwood and cedarwood journeying down to a rich myrrh base. ‘Herbanum’ wraps you in a purifying, botanical essence of fresh herbs and wild grasses, conjuring up notes of rosemary, verbena and cedarwood, with an uplifting hint of peppermint. Average hand cream
Nice herbal smell, but very light texture. I have used it as a hand cream, it would probably be good for summer use, but nowhere near moisturising enough for winter.

A lovely body balm.
I got this as a free gift offer. Herbanum has a herbal earthy scent, does a really good job of nourishing the skin. I use it more as a hand lotion than body balm but it works well as both. I have received compliments on the smell when wearing as a body lotion. It is very pricey but a little goes a long way.

Excellent hand balm
I received this as a free gift recently, one of the spend X amount and choose a free gift offers. I chose this as I didn’t want any of the skin care products as they would not have suited my sensitive skin. I am so glad I chose this, even though it was a default choice! I tend to wash my hands a lot and they can get dry and itchy on the backs so gave this a go since I received and it’s been great. Perfect thickness for me, not too thick nor watery, absorbs lovely into my skin. Lovely herby scent and most importantly, keeps the skin on my hands nice and soft/hydrated. The price tag is £££ for a hand cream but will seriously consider re-buying with a voucher etc. Minus 1 star for the potential cost.

A thick luxurious balm with an earthy medicinal smell great value for money as this will last and it looks great on the bathroom shelf. My skin feels soft and treated when applied after my shower. I was tempted to give 4 stars as it does take a while to absorb but gave 5 in the end as I think that might be my own impatience.
