Utilising their ‘hair fiber-gel’ formula, Too Faced have crafted a densifying, lush formula that grabs onto the skin and hair to give the appearance of filled-in, full brows. Shaping your brows is a cinch with the two-sided brush: deposit product with the shorter bristles and shape and sculpt using the longer side for catwalk-ready arches.
