The {Too Faced} story began back in 1998, when Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson’s department store make up counter expertise gave them the vision for their new brand. Working one-on-one with clients showed them how transformative and uplifting make up could be for women (preach!), but Jerrod and Jeremy were unimpressed by how serious the cosmetics industry was.
