L’eau Rêvée d’Ikar is a tribute to the ‘radiant sun, freshness and proud landscapes of Corsica’ where the d’Ornano family often call home. The scent is also named after the Greek figure, Icarus, who famously flew too close to the sun despite warnings and fell to his end — a message that reminds us of our limits. Weaving storytelling into its olfactory offerings, SISLEY-PARIS opens this scent with top notes of lemon, bitter orange and geranium before revealing a heart of lentisk, iris and reed. A warm and woody mix of vetiver and sandalwood creates an unexpected finish.
