Not suitable for sensitive skin

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I applied this on my face and on the second day I had a breakout. I can't really call them spots but it gave me red bumps on my face. I bought this product because I couldn't find any bad reviews about it. After I had a breakout, I did some research on YouTube and I did find some people who had the same reaction. I read that 10% of niacinamide can be a little too strong for sensitive skin although it gives quicker results and the ideal percentage for all skin types is 5%. I diluted the product in my moisturiser and used it as a spot treatment on my blemishes but it still gave me tiny spots.

Speechless

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

While I had some expectations buying this, I understand everyone’s skin is different so I wasn’t expecting anything groundbreaking. I totally did not think it would have almost absolute oil control after the first application. There was no oil at all. The next day, against my better judgment, I left it on for over 24 hours, still no oil. I’ve never had ANY product do this in 33 years of my existence. They all claim to reduce sebum production but in a few hours, you can see the shine. I am so completely blown away. Having said that, it is itchy but I do have sensitive skin but there was no redness that usually accompanies itchiness. Plus it is prone to pilling. Pleasantly surprised does not begin to cover it!

Super

I like it, my face is oily but after using this serum for 2 weeks I feel acne is disappeared but it’s not useful for black spot or blackheads. I am very happy when I put make up now my skin is much better than before

I used this product for three months and my skin was kept clear without drying out. A truly fantastic product for a great price.

No visible effects

I have yet to notice any visible beneficial effects to using this very beloved product. Wouldn't recommend if you have skin that is quite resilient against acids as it won't do anything to improve your skin.

MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE! It has helped clear my acne and scars. I apply it every night and have clearly noticed a huge difference. It is not sticky. Love it.

Pores are noticeabley smaller

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

My skin texture has improved (using along with a BHA) and my pores have shrunk a lot! I have barely any pimples anymore but it hasn't helped greatly with congested pores. In saying that, I am on my second bottle and just repurchased my third!

Alright

Sadly for me, it didn't reduce hyperpigmentation from acne scars or even just spots while they were healing. I've been using it for 6 weeks now, I would say maybe avoid using it too much twice a day as it can dry your skin out. I'm going to keep using it for maybe another month, would say it's worth buying it just to see if it would work for you as it's cheap and generally works on all skin types.

Bad Breakouts

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

It makes my skin breakout badly, and did nothing good for my skin as it claims to do. It also stings for a long time after application. I have oily skin but it did not suit me at all.

Great serum

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

It definitely works! In three weeks of using it, my pores became smaller and I have less black heads all over the face. Skin feels tighter and more plump. What it didn’t perform to do is to clear my acne, but I actually hadn’t had high hopes in this regard from the beginning. I know what works my acne and i’m starting to use Retinoids for that. Overall, i’m Happy with the purchase and have already ordered the next bottle. BTW, it will last you for about a month or so, maybe 5-6 week, if you only use it once a day.
