Really helps with getting rid of spots

I am so excited that this product is now available on CB in the larger size of 60ml. This product has majorly helped me with oiliness and congested pores. I love this stuff
I came across this by accident, I had read about the brand and wanted to try something that didn’t cost a lot. Well... wow my skin is glowing. I have suffered from breakouts and bad open pores on my nose and cheeks, now not one. The texture and overall appearance have improved lots and my skin has never looked better.

LOVE THIS.
I really do enjoy this serum. I have repurchased the 30 ml size 3 times now. I recommend getting the 60ml size instead as it's actually cheaper and it works out better for the environment. I find i can only use this serum every second day and only once a day not twice a day like it recommends. I take off one star for the texture.. I would prefer a less thick texture.

Patch test beforehand
I was immediately drawn to this product, the description and the reviews seemed too good to be true. And for me, they were. I am one of the people who unfortunately don't get along with Niacinamide as it breaks me out, irritates my skin and causes issues with my skin texture. That being said, the price is decent so I don't feel as though I wasted much money. Just make sure to patch test!

Good for very oily spots
I use this but only on my forehead - it really controls the oily skin I have there and as I have a fringe it really stops my fringe look greasy. I'm not keen on the texture so don't use it on the rest of my face which doesnt need as much oil control.

The answer for oily skin
This is one of the best products I've ever used! I have mixed race skin that gets really oily as the day goes by, but this really helps to balance it and it's noticeably less oily.

Love it!
Started using this because of James Welsh on Youtube who recommended it for all skin types to reduce the appearance of large pores and regulate sebum production. During the first 2-4 weeks of use my skin 'purged' which consisted of multiple breakouts in different areas of my face, however I was warned of this and managed to cover it up with makeup if I was going out. After 8-12 weeks of use my skin's overall texture has improved, I'm not producing excess sebum around my nose, and my pores look significantly smaller. I have recommended this product to everyone who is as enthusiastic about skincare as I am. The results are phenomenal and the price is a bonus, thank you James and The Ordinary!

I'm 38 and never looked after my skin, I use sunbeds (not often) and i like to sunbathe. I have combination skin and is sensitive. I've always had visible lines on my forehead since I was young. I have heavy/droopy eye lids and visible wrinkles under my eyes which have become more noticeable from around the age of 33. My aunt who is 62 has always looked after her skin and looks amazing for her age and has always had a go at me for not looking after my skin. I Started off using hyaluronic acid with B5, squaline cleanser and moisturising factors + HA. First time using the Ordinary products and I completely fell in love! I recently bought Niacinimide + Zinc and after using it in between other Ordinary products with HA&B5 I have noticed my complexion has got considerably better, less redness and reduced pores, also better production of sebum. I have had the odd spot on my chin and jawline but probably due to all of the Ordinary products doing its job after years of neglect. I'm excited to alternate my regime with the other products iv'e bought from the Ordinary.
