Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Good
I have dry acne-prone skin. I also suffer from blackheads in my nose especially. I purchased this product in hope that it will help me get rid of my stubborn blackheads and hyperpigmentation. After about 6 months of using it once a week, I can say it a decent job. It helped to fade my dark spots and blackheads, however, it didn't remove them entirely. I'm still happy with the results. It's not a magical potion that will solve all my problems, but it still helped a lot.

No downsides for me!
I love using this - my skin looks so much brighter and feels so good afterwards. I used twice a week from the outset, despite it saying it was for 'experienced acid users only' and tips to build up usage over time - because I had no adverse reaction to the initial use. Tried it on my husband and he got the typical stinging sensation much more than I did (I have to put a lot on to get this, which I only found out by accident) so perhaps I have strange skin. Either way, it's a must have now.

very overrated
have been using this for a while (around 3-4 months) and it has made no improvement to my skin. If anything it makes it more blotchy and tight. Didn't help with my pores - I am very oily around my nose and chin and thought this might help but did nothing.

Best solution ever
My face gets cleared the next day every time I use this solution. I have uneven skin texture and bumps on my skin, and only this seems to take them away.

Overrated
I’m so disappointed with this product, this product did absolute nothing for my skin and after a few days of usage it causes me severe cystic acne, I even used it for two months just to see it it was a purge but no, this product is also very harsh and I don’t like it at all, but considering how cheap this product is I can’t be mad.

The best thing I’ve ever used!
I started to use this solution for two years ago and til now it’s the best product in my life. BUT my mom used this one and get allergy (!!!) , so if you have sensitive skin or sensitivity to components - be careful

Use at your own risk
I popped this mask on for only 5 minuets, I’m an actor and I did it for an audition hoping to look squeaky clean. My skin started to itch the next day and was slightly red but I just carried on. The next day I woke up with a swollen blotchy face, spots of elders everywhere and my eyes were red and swollen, everything hurt, even putting water on my face hurt. My skin yes is peeling off, it is the most pain I have ever felt in my face, my eyes did not go near the mask yet they are so blotchy, I can see lines forming and I’m only 21. It hurts to smile, laugh and speak. I had to cancel the only work I have had in months. My skin still is red, and blotchy, I can only gently use water and Ice on my face anything else hurts. My emotions are torn, I’m angry but I understand this happens to some of us. It’s just so painful to see this impact me physically but also how mentally upsetting it has been to loose so much to a mask. As silly as that sounds.
