Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Amazing product
This is my second purchase and I love it! I have combination skin and I use it twice a week. This was my first chemical peel and I didn't have any reactions.

Amazing product
I use it once a week for almost 5 months now. It's an amazing product doesn't make changes to the skin not overnight but you will see after 3-4 times of usage... It makes skin texture so nice. Love it, gonna rebuy.

My first time with a chemical peel. At my age (30), I have never used a peel until now that my hormones are crazy post-pregnancy. I have dark spots and blemishes. One month later, my skin is softer, glows more and is brighter. Dark spots are much lighter now and I only use it once a week. Looooveeeee it and my blemishes are in control now.

Didn’t work
I followed the instructions properly and nothing happened to my skin. No peeling, no changes, it was just the same. I don’t have really bad skin. It is just slightly congested from being on holiday and constantly putting sun cream on my face as well as sweating. Might just be me it doesn’t work on idk. Love other products by the brand though.

Great Product
I use this twice a week by applying it to dry skin and leaving it on for no longer than 10 minutes. There was a bit of stinging that I felt but it honestly wasn't too bad so I kept it on for the entire 10 minutes each time I used it. It is said to exfoliate the skin, clear pores and help your skin appear brighter with a more even texture and I can say from my experience it definitely has done that. My skin didn't feel overly dry or tight after using this which I find other exfoliators do. My face felt and looked so smooth bright which is awesome.

This peel
I'm giving this peel 4 out 5 because it's for those who would like to brighten their complexion, even out skin tone and improve cell turn over. I have had ice pick scars and blemishes -my major concerns. It takes some time but I see some difference with the evenness and texture. My skin is softer, glows more and is brighter. I'm happy with it. It's well worth it for the price. Doesn't harm your skin. On the plus side, I tried it on my sister who had hives last year and her skin was looking very dry, dehydrated, and darkened. After applying the product, I notice it went on like a face wash due to the fact her skin was soo dry since last year but after ten minutes, it was like bammmmm!! She had the most improvement in softness, clarity and it's not dry anymore. So much so she ordered her own set of The Ordinary products.

New favourite product
I was hesitant to buy this as my skin can be quite sensitive but after continuous breakouts and skin feeling generally clogged, I thought I would give it a go! Even after 1 treatment I could see a difference and felt like my face had had a proper deep clean. It did tingle a bit but nothing painful. Can’t wait to use it again!

Highly recommended
This stuff really does work! Plus it’s so cheap. I have sensitive skin, and it doesn’t irritate it at all. I can feel a slight tingling sensation after application, but this goes after a minute or so. I’m on my second bottle and can really see a difference in the appearance of my skin, including my pores. My skin feels so smooth after using this product. Really great product - couldn’t recommend enough!
