Love this product
This is my second time ordering this balm cleanser. It’s gentle on my skin but breaks down all my make up including my mascara with a bit of warm water mixed in with it. Leaves my skin soft and hydrated afterwards too. Will be buying again.

This is a lovely cleanser but I can’t help but feel if it was in a pot it would be better. The packaging doesn’t allow you to easily get the product out toward the end and it separates. If it was in a pot you could mix it to make it the right consistency before applying. However, it removes make up decently and doesn’t have a scent which might appeal to a lot of people. It’s good value but needs better packaging! A refill would be even better

Idk about this
I have used it quite a few times and it is great for melting off makeup, however, it leaves the skin feeling quite oily. It’s a love-hate relationship as it has added on extra steps to my night time skincare routine. I have to triple cleanse with this, which I’m not bothered to do; especially at night when I want to just get in bed and sleep :(
