Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

The ride or die
It really is the best! Cheap and does the job. I’ve tried the more expensive ones from Elemis, Pharmacy, Clinique and this is such a good one. Super softening and non stripping and the perfect 1st cleanse. I always notice when I don’t have this for a day or two. Bit uncomfortable on the eyes (lens wearer) so usually just use Micellar water for mascara etc. Gets everything off and then use Cerave after for a great clean.

Great for first cleanse removing makeup. Needs shaking or the product will separate and difficult to get the last bits out so I have to cut the tube open but will definitely repurchase

I have quite reactive skin and this is one of the few products that visibly calm it. I use it as an every day cleanser, it does wonders at taking make up off, it's also lovely when left on for 10-15 minutes, helps soothe my skin. I have purchased this multiple times and will continue to do so.

Bad consistency
Having bought this before and loved it, I was surprised at the consistency of this one. It has hard bits which does not feel nice either on application or removal. Unsure if it’s just this one but I think I’ll have to throw it away

Purchased multiple times. Removed make up almost completely. Leaves far less of a film than other cleansing balms I’ve used. Only issue would be packaging with a lot of the product not coming out at the end, always having to cut the tube open.

Very thick and doesn’t do the best job removing makeup. I double cleanse so it isn’t a massive issue but it leaves a thick film like feeling on the face that’s hard to remove.
