I've been using this for about 18 months now. I was suffering with congested skin on my nose and large pores. This has fixed both! I'd recommend starting slowly and using lightly once a day before building to twice a day. If I accidentally use too much I get little spots on my nose, but that's normal for me when using a strong product. A light hand is best.
