My skin changed so much after using this. I use 0.25% tretinoin 2-3 times a week so I use the Paula's Choice BHA on the alternate nights I am not applying tret - its the only thing that has cleared my black heads and given me lovely clear glowing skin. As soon as it runs out I rebuy - wonderful product for my combination skin. Just ensure you use SPF in the day after applying as can make skin more sensitive.
