I use it twice or three times per week on my forehead, nose, chin and a bit under my cheeks. Mostly where I have bumpy uneven skin and more on oilier side. I also use it sometimes on my forearms to smooth skin. My teens borrow it sometime for black heads. I prefer liquid one because it sinks instantaneously but I imagine if you really oily you might want gel. It is simply the best.
