I have suffered from hectic acne since I was a teenager (31 now) - the delights of hormones and combination skin. I used a more expensive 2% BHA exfoliator from another brand and wasn’t seeing a change from a traditional scrub. A friend recommended I switch to this one and I saw a significant improvement in my acne. It’s gentle enough to use Morning and night and is an integral part of my routine now. It’s not the only thing that has contributed to a skin clean up, but I do believe it’s a factor. It doesn’t sink into the skin quite enough to leave it smooth afterwards, takes a wee while to dry, only reason it’s stopped a star.

Great toner
I love this toner, I only apply it at night as I prefer to not use exfoliating treatments during the day although I do not find this toner irritating at all. When I do apply it at night, I wake up with such clear and healthy looking skin, I would definitely recommend it.

Strong but effective
This exfoliant really works but can be harsh on the skin- I used it with retinol by mistake and it wrecked my skin barrier! But if you take care with it it’s so good at clearing up acne.
