I use it daily (am and pm); some may find this too much depending on your skin type. Im careful not to use any other exfoliating products at the same time and give myself a few days off here and there too. Next day results!
I used this on my t-zone area where I get most oily and have clogged pores. The next day I was genuinely so shocked to see my forehead bumps visibly decrease - practically vanished. Over a couple months of usage twice a week, I got less whiteheads and some of the blackheads started to disappear. For deeper, more stubborn blackheads my advice is to BE PATIENT! Let this do the job for you - whilst it may take a while - instead of damaging your skin by picking at it. I didn't bother using a cotton pad because I think it's a waste of product and it makes the bottle last a lot longer. However, if you are going to use this twice to three times a week like myself and you are the only person using the bottle, I recommend you getting the tester version because a year later, you don't want more than half a bottle of expired product; get your money's worth and buy the smaller bottle. But fantastic product overall!
