Left me with very itchy scalp
I loved this shampoo when I first purchased it and I’m guilty of overbuying when I think I’ve found my HG. Unfortunately the strong fragrance gave me such a bad itchy scalp and it took me so long to realise, I’d already bought many more litres of it. I have fine hair and caused me so much hair breakage.

i am very satisfied with this product. my hair is thin and long , it gives a feeling of slight heaviness which is just perfects in my case, hair stays fresh for two days , usually i have to wash my hair daily. I think for thick hair type it would not be the best choice .

The smell!!
Used it for the first time today and my hair feels lovely! So silky but still voluminous. My only complaint is I hate the smell! It’s very floral and reminds me of old ladies! I washed it this morning and 10 hours later I can still smell it!

This is a great shampoo and worth the investment (a little goes a long way for mid-length hair). I have fine, quite curly, mostly frizzy hair and using this shampoo has made my hair shiny and manageable. Won’t be returning to ‘whatever’s on offer’ from the supermarket!

Love the scent of this lovely light shampoo. It's not at all moisturising, which can leave hair a little dry and frizzy depending on the conditioner used with it. Sadly I can't purchase the Ouai Conditioner so can only use with what I have.

My hair is super baby fine and soft, with a medium density, and this shampoo/conditioner works with my hair to bring it out its best. It gives me a soft fluffy volume (no stiffness or grit) which is very pretty and lasts for days; however, it also makes my hair extremely manageable - I don’t really have frizz, but I do get static, and this prevents that. The smell is beautiful; however, I do have a taste for vintage ‘granny’ perfumes, so if that’s not your thing, you probably won’t like this as much - it is very different from your typical fruity shampoo’s. I use this alongside the OUAI wave spray (which I use when I curl my naturally straight hair) and Olaplex no 7 oil to provide some shine!

I have super straight shiny fine hair that gets washed every day. Most shampoos leave it flat or static. This seems mild enough not to strip and leaves my hair standing off itself a little rather than every fine hair lying as close to the next as possible like a limp curtain. I like the smell too.

So I was really excited to try this shampoo out and don't get me wrong the shampoo itself is great and smells amazing, it did come to me damaged though. I know it isn't a delivery damage as the bottle is plastic and it was broken from middle?? Don't know how that happens but just not happy with my purchase. In terms of the shampoo, its great! Cleanses well and smells so good!
