Fine wavy hair
Had been using Olaplex for a while and decided to change for a break. Love the shampoo and conditioner and won't be changing back anytime soon. Would love a heat protecting product from this brand. I don't find the fragrance strong at all and my hair is full of volume and bounce. Love it!!

divine smell
very nice smell a little bit strong but i exercise daily and i like the smell staying power. i wash my hair every day with only one wash and with this shampoo is enough not to overclean. I have also the same smell pet shampoo from OUAI and i love it! Bob cut thin hair prone to frizzy just for reference.

Left me with very itchy scalp
I loved this shampoo when I first purchased it and I’m guilty of overbuying when I think I’ve found my HG. Unfortunately the strong fragrance gave me such a bad itchy scalp and it took me so long to realise, I’d already bought many more litres of it. I have fine hair and caused me so much hair breakage.

i am very satisfied with this product. my hair is thin and long , it gives a feeling of slight heaviness which is just perfects in my case, hair stays fresh for two days , usually i have to wash my hair daily. I think for thick hair type it would not be the best choice .

This is a great shampoo and worth the investment (a little goes a long way for mid-length hair). I have fine, quite curly, mostly frizzy hair and using this shampoo has made my hair shiny and manageable. Won’t be returning to ‘whatever’s on offer’ from the supermarket!

Love the scent of this lovely light shampoo. It's not at all moisturising, which can leave hair a little dry and frizzy depending on the conditioner used with it. Sadly I can't purchase the Ouai Conditioner so can only use with what I have.

My hair is super baby fine and soft, with a medium density, and this shampoo/conditioner works with my hair to bring it out its best. It gives me a soft fluffy volume (no stiffness or grit) which is very pretty and lasts for days; however, it also makes my hair extremely manageable - I don’t really have frizz, but I do get static, and this prevents that. The smell is beautiful; however, I do have a taste for vintage ‘granny’ perfumes, so if that’s not your thing, you probably won’t like this as much - it is very different from your typical fruity shampoo’s. I use this alongside the OUAI wave spray (which I use when I curl my naturally straight hair) and Olaplex no 7 oil to provide some shine!
