Only for the very fair
This product just has too high a titanium & zinc dioxide content in it for my skin tone. I’m an NC15 in MAC and this is just too pale for me. It leaves me with a strong grey ashy tint. It also is not moisturising enough for my dry skin, even with a hydrating serum underneath. Only for very fair, oily to normal skin in my opinion. Sadly this is my first disappointing purchase from Cult Beauty in over 5 years but I see it works well for others.

Surprise find
I got this on a whim as I was in the market for a new eye cream and was having a look on the cult website and I noticed MGC Derma where offering a full-size eye cream with a qualifying spend. I did a bit of reading up on the brand and decided to try this B.B. cream as I thought it would be a useful addition to my spring/summer skincare. I have used it for a few days and it is great. I have fair skin/blonde/blue eyes and the tint of the cream isn’t too dark. I have sensitive, easily offended skin but not overly oily or dry & it hasn’t annoyed me.It has a lovely texture, goes on easily and isn’t too shiny nor matt on the skin. I look refreshed, skin tone evened out & blemishes covered slightly. On very obvious spots you will need concealer but on a good skin day or for a no make up day this alone will be enough. It is good as a base for makeup as it evens out skin tone and conceals slightly before makeup goes on, I will buy this again and look forward to exploring the range further.

A little summat summat in the mornings
First things first - this range does not smell of weed. Not in the slightest. In fact, it's lovely and very subtly fragranced, so shouldn't be too problematic, if that's your thing. I was wondering, I'm sure others were too. The BB balm is really nice. Not too heavy (I normally wear a tinted moisturiser) and really seems to blur pores. By the end of the day, no reaction, no blemishes from blockages and really lovely, soft skin, which was a bonus. I really like it and seems quite hydrating.
