Thoroughly saturate hair with water. Taking a deep breath and become centred. Begin by dispensing a small amount of hairbath into hands and emulsify into a light lather. Apply with fingertips to scalp, massaging and cleansing. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary and follow with Hydrating Cream Conditioner.

Gentle shampoo
This is now the second time I’m buying this shampoo. It’s a very gentle shampoo. I have been using low foam and gentle shampoos for several years now and prefer them to harsher sulphate ones. This shampoo will not give you that squeaky feeling to your hair, in fact, first time I used it I could barely feel I’d washed my hair at all, but it was perfectly clean. I have fine straight hair, about shoulder length, that tends to get greasy quick. I wash my hair twice with most gentle shampoos and same for this one. First wash I’ll focus on the scalp and there’s no foaming at all, second wash I get plenty of foaming though. This shampoo doesn’t irritate my scalp like some harsher shampoos will, and I can use it without conditioner which is great since I’m sensitive to most conditioners.

Incredible Shampoo
I have thick, knotty hair with a slight wave. My hair tangles so easily that I find it really hard to make sure I’ve completely washed my shampoo out. Most shampoos leave me with a waxy residue at the crown. This is the only shampoo I have found that makes my scalp feel soft, completely clean and not weighed down!! I shampoo twice with it, emulsifying in my hands before use & then use a bit of force to massage the scalp to really ensure it lathers (which it does perfectly the second time) I really recommend this to anyone that absolutely dreads trying to wash the product out of their hair, this product makes it easy to avoid a waxy crown area.
