Place the panel on the stand or hold it. Put on protective eyewear, then press the universal power button to turn it on. Press the button again to cycle through LED colours or sync with the FAQ Swiss app for pre-set programs. Sit back and enjoy the treatment for 5–15 minutes, depending on the program.
