The Slaai Makeup-Melting Butter Cleanser is infused with antioxidant rich fruit extracts and oils to help soothe skin, whilst an African oil blend of marula, baobab, Kalahari melon, mongongo and ximenia intensely moisturises and restores the look of your skin's elasticity and luminosity. Use the accompanying Bamboo Booster (a physical exfoliant, formed from ultra-fine bamboo and charcoal spheres), once or twice a week to gently slough away dead skin cells to help reveal a dewy complexion.

Overhyped
Works well in taking off make up, but has a slightly unpleasant smell and I saw no benefits in how it left my skin looking, unlike the better balms that I use.

First balm cleaner I ever bought
This works wonders it cleans off my makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean. I also like the scrub every now and then when my skins feeling particularly dull. The only thing I wasn’t too keen on was the smell although it’s not something you really notice after the first time.

I use this daily to remove makeup. It’s quite good. The best I’ve tried so far. I have a few other brands to try that are more affordable but if they don’t perform as well as this does I probably would come back to this even though the price is high.

Slaaaaai drunk elephant!
I’ve tried a few different cleansers like this but keep coming back to the drunk elephant one. It doesn’t have a fragrance smell which I don’t really like about some other cleansers, it goes onto the skin beautifully and removes all my suncream and make up. The addition of the bamboo exfoliating bits is also really nice and makes your skin feel super smooth once you’ve used them. I also think the price point is really reasonable especially when cult beauty have a discount code on then it’s even better! My all-time favourite would be the Elemis collagen cleanser but that’s quite a lot more expensive than this one, so this tends to be the one that I will use.

Very good cleanser
I really like this cleansing balm. My skin is sensitive and this is very gentle but still gets the most stubborn make up off. What makes me like this particular one is that I can use it on my eyes with out it stinging or making my vision blurry, very nice cleansing balm indeed.

Beautiful cleanser
This cleanser is one of my favourites. On my third tub of this. It is a lovely luxurious balm that takes off all my makeup including the most waterproof of mascaras without any rubbing…the mascara just melts off. When you add water to it the balm turns into a milky texture and it is fab to use morning and night. I use this and the DE kelly cleanser as my second cleanse. I have quite dry skin and have always used creams rather than anything with water but this dosnt dry out my skin. Love it!
