Expected more
For me smell of shampoo not very good, cleansing ability at same level as other products which I used for my oily hair. The price does not match quality.

Amazing
Today was the first day I have used this product. I have been suffering from hair loss for the past year and flakey scalp. I was hesitant at buying this product at first but I do not regret it at all. I did not lose as much hair as I normally would and my hair is so clean. I want to try the Quai Smooth next when this bottle finishes :D

Ouai shampoo
I did not like the smell, it smelt like nothing special really. I didn’t get any special feeling either. I do love OUAI conditioner smell though (thicker or volume or something like that).

Everyday shampoo
I was very excited to try Ouai products. As soon as this shampoo was available, I purchased it. For an everyday use, I think it's fine especially if you live in a smoggy city. Love the luxurious smell.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong
I unfortunately don't love this product. I was really excited to use this product as I exercise a lot and find I can get oil build up, so I love that really clean hair feeling. However, this product just doesn't get my hair feeling as clean as it does when I use a simple chemist tea tree shampoo (at one tenth of the price). Maybe it's the pH level of the water (I'm based in Shanghai) but I can't seem to get the results that everyone else raves about. A bit disappointed to be honest.
