No difference.
Read good reviews of the tablets. So was quite disappointed to see no difference whatsoever especially since it’s an expensive product. Maybe it needs more months of use. Can’t be sure.

Does nothing
I have dry hair as a result of 10 years of dyeing it. This has done nothing for my hair. Absolutely nothing. It's as dry as ever. Save yourself the money, don't buy this.

Game Changer
I have naturally curly, dark brown hair which I have had chemically straightened and bleached... Currently sporting a chemical hair cut, shock horror. I have been desperately trying to repair it with topical treatments and other hair care supplements, they've helped but nothing noticeable. I just finished the 30 days of this stuff (and changed nothing else in my routine) and it really is game changing- getting a lot of comments on how shiny my hair is, my hairdresser was seriously impressed and it feels so much better.
