After reading all the rave reviews I was hopeful when purchasing this, but it did absolutely nothing. On nights when I went out for a couple glasses of wine (or more), I woke up feeling like I normally do before I started taking these. Maybe others were experiencing the placebo effect, or it just happened to work for them more effectively, but for me it was just an expensive waste of money.
