OMG!
5I used to take various omega supplements from brands at different price points, and nothing compares to these ingenious ones. Other brands offer big tablets that were too hard to swallow for me and always left a nasty fishy aftertaste. These capsules are mattified, making them easier to swallow. They're also slightly smaller in comparison to most brands - bonus! They have no fishy aftertaste, either, and they perform very well. HUM is at the top of my supplement brands :)

High strength EPA DHA
5I spent ages researching the best omega 3 supplements to treat my dry eyes as recommended by my optician. It’s quite misleading the packaging on most brands as it typically states the overall mg and not the amount of EPA/DHA.Â

Tablets are too big and hard to swallow
3Tablets are too big and hard to swallow however they don’t taste of anything, which is great as most omega 3 tablets taste of fish

No fishy aftertaste!
5I love these omega 3 tablets. They have no fishy aftertaste and have the best formulation. They're easy to consume as well because they have this matte coating on them rather than that sticky oily one that's common with most omega tablets. They're a good size.
