The tablets were a little hard to swallow and a dose of 3 tablets with meal is quite high and just uncomfortable to stick to. Also quite expensive too.

Skin definitely looks fuller and brighter and I haven’t had any acne since taking them, my nails also feel much stronger.  Only issue is remembering to take 3 a day and that they haven’t helped with my dry skin.
