This high-performance, detoxifying scrub delivers supreme skin-smoothing and body-contouring benefits, energising legs from top to toe. Step into the shower and before switching it on, apply a generous scoop to each leg.
1. Start at your ankles and work the salts up to your knees, massaging it into skin with the palms of your hands in circular movements.
2. Massage the salts in around your knees, using your thumb to rub them into calves and backs of knees in small circular movements.
3. Extend the application to thighs (and hips and buttocks if required), applying more palm pressure and using circular massage movements.
4. Once Exfo-Lite has been applied to both legs, switch the shower on and continue to massage the salts into skin until the last traces have been rinsed off. If you prefer a bath, apply Exfo-Lite before you sit down in it and continue to rub the salts into your legs while you soak.
5. Finish by spritzing legs alternately with warm and cold water using the shower attachment, ending with a warm spritz. This little hydro cure, called Swiss spray therapy, enhances the detox by raising your circulation. Smoothing
The salts were easy to apply. One sachet covered both legs . I then spaced on the bath. My skin was certainly noticeably soft and silky. I am on my second box but don’t notice any improvement to my cellulite so don’t think I will be buying again A jar of body scrub will last longer and probably have the same resultÂ

extraordinary!
I've never used a scrub quite like this. A friend had been raving about it so I bought a box to give it a whirl. First off it comes in little sachets, each one is supposed to be for one scrub but actually gives you two, and you can take the sachet away in your wash bag which is brill. I love the sachet idea - no horrible gritty lid etc. The scrub itself gives you the most thorough exfoliation you've ever had - I'm not joking. It smoothes your skin, makes it incredibly soft and you feel like jumping your legs feel so good. It's a treat of an exfoliator because it's quite expensive, but it's one of those experiences that completely changes your mindset about something, and other scrubs seem a bit meh.

Firstly, the smell is divine and there is more than enough in each sachet for one application. I love this, it makes my skin really soft afterwards which lasts. I use it on my upper arms and elbows too! Big fan.
