I feel good and balanced
As I've gotten older, my period symptoms have become even more unpredictable. Some months, the bloating is ridiculous and others, my hormonal acne has a mind of its own and most months, my emotions feel bigger than me. However, since taking these gummies over the last 3-ish weeks, I have felt more 'okay' which feels odd — in a good way! Normally, I can expect a meltdown or 5 during the week, large spots and terrible cramping but my last period was simply... okay. The peace and balance feels different and I'm happy with it. Plus the gummies taste great so it feels like a treat when I take them.
