Must have for dark cold UK winter!

I buy these every winter as it gets pretty dark and miserable in the UK. These are easy to swallow and have no taste.

These are easy to swallow and have no taste however I have not really noticed any difference by taking these tablets for a month. Maybe I already have a decent amount of vitamin D in my diet hence why the lack of a noticeable change.

happy that it was included in a CB edit

This as included the summer edit It is pricey and I wouldn't buy it but living in a country with not much sunshine, I was happy to get Vit D3 supplement as part of the edit .

They’re just a vitamin

Easy to swallow gel capsule that isn’t too big. But can’t really say anymore as unless you have regular appointments with a GP to monitor vitamin D levels you don’t know if they’re working, benefit you or do anything.
