Such a fantastic product. I think it works best when used for a prolonged period of time. It does not completely take away my bloating but it does significantly reduce it. Great quality ingredients.

Really needed when travelling
I have been using these supplements for a while now and they have really made a difference, so this is the perfect travel companion and saves taking the larger bottle and filling up space.

These definitely work almost instantly . I’ve found them best taken before and after a heavy meal. Also works for people with gluten or dairy intolerances (not sure about wheat…)

Great for holidays
I highly rate the entire HUM range. Really high quality ingredients and I notice a difference. This product is great for when you’re travelling or going on holiday. They have significantly helped my bloating. It did take a good 3 weeks before I noticed a significant difference.Â

Felt sick
I got this in one of the goodie bags from Cult Beauty. A few times I took it as directed - didn’t feel much difference, but whenever I forgot and took after the meal, felt very sick to the point of throwing up.Â
