My 3th bottle
Just taking one or a few doesn't change mutch it's not something that works instantly for me, but if I take them regular it seems to help a bit with managing my stress level. They also taste great.

Having researched the benefits of Ashwagandha I was really pleased with these delicious gummies. I did not buy these to lower my stress, I just wanted to get the varied benefits of Ashwagandha. They taste incredible but I have not noticed a difference in my mood, o feel any calmer as the tub suggests. I will carry on taking to see if they build up of the key ingredient in my system is what is needed - plus, did I say they taste incredible?
