Great intro product to the brand
Normally I get nervous about introducing more tablets and vitamins into my schedule but I didn't have any adverse reactions which is a plus! I do think I need to be more consistent in order to see big results but I do feel as if my chin/side of face cleared up slightly quicker than usual.

Great help in reducing hormonal acne
I struggle with hormonal acne, especially around the time of my period. I have been taking one of this a day and it has been a massive help in reducing this, I have had little to no breakouts and have been left with clear glowy skin. Big fan!
